VUE Testing ITEC Learning Technologies are a Pearson VUE Authorised Testing Centre. This means that we can offer a wide range of exams from vendors including Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, and many more.

Your exam will be ready when you expect it, your results will be rapidly transmitted and merged appropriately with your vendor-specific certification records, and any testing concerns you have will be tackled by a dedicated and caring staff member.
You will find our examination facilities to be among the most modern in Essex. We have a large free car park, refreshment facilities, friendly staff and a dedicated testing facility. Prometric
Taking a Test
Should you wish to take an exam, you have two options. You can either book using a test voucher or by credit card (directly with Prometric).
Booking a Test
To book your test, simply follow the steps below. When you have purchased your test voucher use the voucher number as your payment method. If you intend to pay by credit card, please have your details to hand.
Call Prometric on 0800 592873 Inform the operator if you have tested before, if so remember to quote your ID number Specify which test you want to take (to ensure booking the correct test, find out the specific code prior to calling) Specify when you would like to take the test Specify where you wish to sit your test Confirm your details (name, address and company etc) Confirm your payment method (test voucher or credit card etc) Once your test has been booked you will then receive a confirmation letter in the post. This will include your unique ID number, which, you will need to quote each time you test.
To book a test, please try and give at least 48 hours notice.

City & Guilds Gola
The Global Online Assessment (GOLA) system is a testing facility administered by ITEC of behalf of City & Guilds which enables you, the candidate, to take a City and Guilds test at a local centre. We are happy to offer tests for private individuals as well as local colleges or employers.
GOLA is a new way of completing tests or exams. Instead of filling out question papers you can complete your test or exam on a computer. You still do this in exam conditions with an invigilator, but it’s a much more user friendly, modern and reliable way to pass your tests.
ITEC is now offering online testing on behalf of City & Guilds Gola to The Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) - the world’s largest professional body for individuals working in the insurance, savings and financial services industry with more than 90,000 members worldwide.

Certificate in Financial Administration Serves the needs of life and pensions administration staff.
Certificate in Financial Planning Satisfies the regulator's ‘appropriate’ examination requirements for financial advisers. Develops knowledge of core topics and other key disciplines such as long term care insurance, lifetime mortgages and pensions simplification.
Certificate in Mortgage Advice Meets regulatory examination specifications for mortgage advisers.
Foundation Insurance Test An introductory study programme for all those entering the insurance industry.
Certificate in Insurance Provides study options for individuals starting out on their career, with a particular focus on underwriting and claims.
