ITEC Learning Technologies, one of the leading providers of IT training in South Essex, has the following opportunities available on permanent and freelance basis.
We are looking to fill the position of Technical IT Trainer.
You will provide technical training A+ (CompTIA), MCDST, MCSA, Network + (CompTIA), to all learners.
Key responsibilities:
• Train, coach and assess learners acting as mentor throughout the programme
• Deliver the Microsoft Training courses up to MCSA
• Provide high quality certified training to all learners.
• Maintain own technical skills set and take exams as appropriate in order to retain industry qualifications
Qualifications:
• Essential - MCP, MCSE (2003 or 2008 equivalent) CompTIA A+,
• Desirable –MCT
Skills and Experience:
• Ideal candidate will be MCP or MCSE qualified trainer with industry experience
• Experience of mentoring and coaching learners
• Industry expertise in IT support and/or service role
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Business acumen and excellent organisation skills
The ideal candidate will be articulate with the ability to inspire and motivate learners to achieve their full potential.
