Heidi has been working with us since 1999 and assesses the Administration, Customer Service and key skills NVQ’s in the workplace.
Heidi’s background is retail and customer service for companies including Debenhams and Nat West. Heidi holds the full NVQ 3 in Training and Development and the European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL) as well as the D32, D33 and D34 assessment and verification qualifications.
