John joined the ITEC in January 2003 and is responsible for supporting learners on our flexible e-learning programmes and assisting them with their courses.
John worked for the Ford Motor Company for 35 years as a Technical Quality Control Supervisor and holds the ECDL and Advanced ECDL qualifications.
