Wendy has been with the ITEC since it opened, originally as a trainer and progressing into management. Responsible for the quality systems and procedures, Wendy has been involved with NVQ assessment since it was first introduced.
She supports the team of assessors with the implementation of the standards and is senior verifier within the team. Wendy holds the NVQ 4 in Management and D32, D33 and D34 assessor/verifier awards.
