The team at LCS Assent have been providing I.T solutions to local homes and businesses for over 10 years.

During that time we have used various sub-contractors to meet demand or fulfil particular projects, with mixed results.

Initially, we imagined an apprentice to be a keen young person who would learn the trade and maintain our company's high standards and values, where sub-contractors may not..

In fact, they do more than that; our apprentice is having a positive impact on our wider business in areas such as marketing and sales.

I'm pleased we supported the apprenticeship scheme and we are very happy with the change it is facilitating in our business.
