Manifest considers training at all levels to be an economic imperative; in this respect, willing and able people of all ages should be able to take up new skills with the assistance of those who can give them. We benefit from the effort and fresh viewpoint of apprentices into our business.

Since proxy governance is an unusual business, training staff from the ground up the only way we can be sure to get the right team, involving them in all the aspects of business from admin through IT to database maintenance and research.

We have been working with ITEC and their apprenticeship programmes since 2008.
