Having been an apprentice in a former life I was aware how useful an apprentice could be to my new web development business but it was the services provided by the ITEC that brought this idea to life. We wanted to grow our own staff rather than take on experienced developers who may not be as committed, hardworking and flexible as young and enthusiastic people committed to learning. This vision came true and our first employee was an apprentice and still enjoys what he does here as the day he started with us.
