Tracy came ITEC in January 2007 with a background in helping friends and neighbours with their computer problems. Realising that there was lots of potential she decided to embark of the CompTIA A+ programme so that she could fill here skills gaps.
She now is a fully qualified CompTIA PC technician and is in the process of starting her own business.
